- There is no fee if an appointment is canceled within 48 business hours of the appointment time, not including the weekends.
- There is a $175 cancellation fee for new patient/client evaluations if the appointment is canceled within 48 business hours.

Our clinic is a healing environment. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Examples of aggressive behavior include, but are not limited to:
- Physical assault
- Verbal harassment and abusive language (e.g., swearing)
- Sexual language directed at others, and threats of any kind
We do not tolerate ANY form of aggression. Incidents may result in removal from the clinic or other action.

Thank you to this clinic for helping my dog with severe skin allergies, they blocked enough time for me to not be rushed, and before I left had already looked under microscopes, wrote down a meal plan, went over all my next steps, and gave me a step by step guide. Customer/client service was genuine, not rushed, and showed true care about my baby boy. My dog was suffering from serious skin allergies and ear infections. Dr. Tulloss changed his diet (they have alternative food there) and prescribed him medications. From the minute we walked in the door the staff was so friendly, helpful and walked us through step by step for Stella's appointment. You could tell everyone of them loved their job and enjoyed being at work.

We are so thankful we found the Dermatology Clinic for Animals. After 2.5 years, I finally feel like we are getting answers. They were so kind and loving to our spicy cat and not every office has been able to handle her the way they were able to without stressing her out. A lot of information is asked for upfront which could be discouraging for some when answering the new patient questionnaire. I mention this because we have been to clinics before that asked for the same information and the doctors and staff did nothing with it. That was not the case here. Dr. Tulloss had reviewed EVERYTHING prior to our appointment and was able to reference even the littlest of details. I feel very confident in our treatment plan and in the staff.
Most vets do not have the training to recognize and treat allergy issues and ear issues. These vets have the extra training and have saved my pup's life and happiness. He could have lost his ear. Also they react very fast as a new puppy I have is having a slight issue with allergies and now that I understand more, I got him there quickly so it does not develop further.
