For specific concerns, please ask for the Operations Assistant or Practice Manager. All communications will be returned within 48-72 business hours. All refills require 72 business hours. Late fees apply to late/missed appointments and cancellations.

  • There is no fee if an appointment is canceled within 48 business hours of the appointment time, not including the weekends.
  • There is a $175 cancellation fee for new patient/client evaluations if the appointment is canceled within 48 business hours.

Our clinic is a healing environment. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Examples of aggressive behavior include, but are not limited to:

  • Verbal harassment and abusive language (e.g., swearing)
  • Sexual language directed at others, and threats of any kind

We do not tolerate ANY form of aggression. Incidents may result in removal from the clinic or other action.

Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Stephanie Torres, and I am a Veterinary Technician at Dermatology Clinic for Animals. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Personal Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family and my dogs. I have two dogs who are truly my babies - Doja, a 12-year-old husky/pit mix from Colorado, and Kilo, a pit/hound mix who turns five in July.

Education

I earned my Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Veterinary Technology in 2023. I was first accepted into the Veterinary Technician Program at Windward Community College before transferring to Apex College of Veterinary Technology, where I completed my degree.

Professional Background

Before joining Dermatology Clinic for Animals, I worked as a general practice veterinary technician at North Powers Animal Hospital and Fillmore Veterinary Hospital.
